Allie’s background in administration spans the accounting and construction sectors, giving her a strong understanding of both business operations and client support. Before joining Sumpters, she worked in administration roles in New Zealand and Australia, where she excelled at improving systems and workflows to boost efficiency.

At Sumpters, she supports the team with accounts, receivables, AML administration and day-to-day client communication. She enjoys problem-solving, learning new systems and helping processes run smoothly. Outside work, she’s a keen game fisher and equestrian, often competing around the country or helping organise tournaments for the Bay of Islands Swordfish Club.
