Candice brings a strong mix of finance experience and community governance to her role, shaped by voluntary positions on school, marae and kōhanga reo trusts, as well as work in local government. At Sumpters, she supports commercial property clients and Māori organisations - work she’s deeply passionate about. She values sharing knowledge to empower others - helping build capability and confidence through practical financial advice and support.

Outside work, Candice studies part-time, supports her tamariki in sport, and enjoys time in the taiao, especially fishing and gathering kaimoana. She also remains actively involved in marae and community initiatives.
