Rashmi began her career in Mumbai, gaining a strong foundation in finance working alongside her Chartered Accountant father, and later in a variety of roles from supporting stock audits to managing accounts for a marketing agency. Joining Sumpters aligned with her passion for problem-solving and making a meaningful impact through her work.

As a Client Manager, she builds strong client relationships and helps deliver clear, tailored solutions. Rashmi values Sumpters’ supportive and inspiring culture and sees every challenge as a chance to learn.

When she’s not working, Rashmi finds joy spending time with her young family. She also loves cooking, baking, beach days and exploring new places and perspectives.
