Renee’s administration career began at Turners Group, where she progressed from reception to office management, gaining strong experience in customer service, team support and keeping busy workplaces running smoothly. At Sumpters, she leads the admin team and works closely with management to support staff, clients and day-to-day operations.

Always cheerful and helpful, Renee enjoys being the go-to person for solving problems and creating a positive, organised workplace. She’s inspired by people who approach life with kindness, resilience and a good sense of humour - qualities she brings to her role every day. Outside work, she makes the most of Northland with family and friends and loves staying active.
