Tracy began her accounting career by chance in 1987, after being offered a role by an acquaintance who owned an accounting practice. She has worked across both chartered and corporate accounting ever since.

At Sumpters, Tracy builds long-term relationships with clients and helps ensure their reporting needs are met, always looking to add lasting value. Approachable and efficient, she enjoys working with new business owners and values integrity in everything she does. She also appreciates Sumpters’ family-focused culture and is inspired by people who overcome challenges to achieve their goals.

Outside work, Tracy loves walking, swimming and spending time by the ocean, as well as reading and catching up with friends.
